About The Practice
Dr Trevis has been in practice for 40 years and has built a busy 3-lane practice, with a loyal patient following.
Our office is centrally located in downtown Peterborough, in the heart of the cafe district, surrounded by locally owned restaurants, and artisan shops. Parking is provided on-site for staff and patients alike. Dr. Trevis is dedicated to keeping her practice running with up-to-date equipment which includes the following:
– Meibography (meibox)
– i-Lux 2.0
– Retinal Imaging (optical coherence tomography)
– Auto-refraction
– Tonometry (i-care and NCT)
– Visual Fields (Haag-Streit Octopus)
As we are a more medically focused than sales-driven clinic, we do not dispense glasses, however, we do have a shared space with Green Eyewear Optical, a locally owned and operated optician. We do, on the other hand, fit and dispense contact lenses. We are proud to be the first office in Peterborough to have started a dry-eye clinic, with staff trained in in-office treatments. In addition to these services, we also run a Myopia Control program and take referrals from local ophthalmologists to provide care for glaucoma suspect patients.
We’re hiring two full-time optometrists who would be comfortable working a busy schedule. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
