Join us for a virtual/in-person Interview Day this January! This is an exclusive member-only event created for OAO members to fill positions and to recruit fresh talent for their practice.

How It works:

For Clinics & ODs Seeking Associates

OAO members with available associate opportunities can create an online profile and set their availability for January 3, 2026.

For Students & Optometrists Seeking Opportunities

Current 4th-year students and OAO members interested in new associate opportunities can book virtual or in-person interviews with participating clinics.

Virtual Interviews can be done from the comfort of your own office or home!

In-Person Interviews
In-person interviews will be conducted at the Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre. In-person attendees will be able to have a complimentary headshot taken and a chance to speak with the College of Optometrists of Ontario.
Virtual Interviews
Virtual Interviews are to be set up at the discretion of the two parties. They can use the method that works best – phone, virtual call, etc. OAO will host this booking site and a 30 min virtual introduction to the event with the OAO team and Board Members. Someone attending in-person can interview with someone attending virtually and vice versa.
