We are an exceptionally experienced Eyecare Team consisting of six doctors with four full-scope medical optometric practices. We have a strong emphasis on full-scope optometry, managing ocular disease, and delivering noteworthy experiences to patients. We provide an environment for Associate Optometrists to explore unique interests and specializations within the field of optometry.
Our offices are in the heart of the beautiful Bay of Quinte and Prince Edward County regions of Ontario with locations in Trenton, Belleville, Brighton, and Picton. Our clinics have state-of-the-art equipment including OCT’s Humphrey Field Analyzers, Pachymeters, and an on-site optical laboratory.
Our associates enjoy excellent remuneration with incomes ranging from $200,000 to $240,000 with regular hours of 8:30 to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. Our new associate will be guaranteed a fully booked and balanced schedule from Day 1 at a level with which they can grow and develop their skills as an optometrist yet maintain a strong work life balance in the clinic. On top of compensation and work-life balance, we offer the Associate Optometrist a very flexible vacation policy.
